New Worldhas implemented a system to stop players from creating characters on “full” servers. Announced todayvia Twitter, the system is part of Amazon’s ongoing efforts to deal with overwhelming demand from folks wanting to play the new MMO.Here’s the announcement on Twitter:We are implementing a new feature to indicate if a world is full.You can check if a world is full on the server status page!🧭https://t.co/ApBPXyPC90pic.twitter.com/ai8GzNmQ1y— New World (@playnewworld)October 2, 2021To see this content please enable targeting cookies.Manage cookie settings"Whenever a server is full, the server will be greyed out with the messaging ‘Character Creation temporarily disabled on this server to prevent overpopulation’.
